Cancellation & Refunds

Please read this policy carefully before using Our Service.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

If a refund is applicable, customers must submit a formal refund request via email to bluesky@petsrelocation.ae within 48 hours from the date of payment. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed according to our company policies.

If the relocation process has already started, a full refund will not be provided. The refund amount will depend on the services already rendered, and the service fee is non-refundable once document processing has begun.

For services where a No Refund Policy applies, this will be clearly communicated before the booking is confirmed to prevent misunderstandings.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations must be requested by contacting our support team at bluesky@petsrelocation.ae.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If the relocation process has already begun, cancellation will be subject to partial refunds only, based on the services completed at the time of cancellation.
